• Reservations cancelled 8 days in advance: Innkeeper receives a cancellation fee equal to the first night's lodging (net amount plus tax); remainder is returned to guest.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in: No refund to guest; Innkeeper is paid as though the guest had stayed.

• No-shows: No refund to guest; Innkeeper is paid as though the guest had stayed.
